WoodMart offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

At Artzoneya, every artwork is custom-made specifically for each customer. Once your order is confirmed, our team begins the creative and production process based on your selected style, size, and customization details.

Custom Artwork Policy
Since all artworks are personalized and created exclusively for each customer, custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Please make sure all submitted details, references, and customization requests are accurate before confirming your order.
Returns & Refunds
At Artzoneya, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Because our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are only accepted in the following cases:
- The artwork arrives damaged during shipping
- The customer receives the wrong product
- There is a manufacturing defect affecting the final product
In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after production
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings
- Incorrect information submitted by the customer
- Personalized/custom design preferences after approval
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged artwork
